I keep hearing people talk about BitTorrent Sync, but I'm not sure why I should care about it. Isn't it just another file syncing service? Why would I use it instead of something like Dropbox?
I highly recommend Mark Lauren's "You Are Your Own Gym". About 20-30 minutes a workout, three times a week, and you can do it anywhere. Just keep showing up as he says and you'll see results. It's made a difference for me.
VLC is one of my favorite video tools. It's cross-platform, works with a multitude of file types and is loaded with options and features. One feature that is very useful is adding subtitles to your video project.
